Lotus Self Defense

Within Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand lotus self defense was developed initially by the ever-so-popular Mr. Precha Mahachanavong as a Thai martial art. One of the interesting facts about these lotus self defense schools is that the majority of the head instructors at these schools were considered to be the direct students in the nineteen seventies under Ajarn in Thailand.
